About The Role
We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Senior Front-End Developers to join our network and work on challenging projects with our client companies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of front-end development principles, a mastery of JavaScript and modern frameworks,
and a strong eye for design. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying high-quality, scalable, and maintainable user interfaces for web applications. You should be a problem-solver, a team player, and a strong advocate for user-centric design and clean, efficient code. This is a remote position, requiring availability during US time zones.
Responsibilities
- Design and Development:
- Design, develop, and implement complex user interfaces for web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar).
- Write clean, well-documented, testable, and efficient code adhering to industry best practices.
- Build reusable components and libraries for future use.
- Collaborate closely with designers to translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code, ensuring pixel-perfect implementation and a seamless user experience.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Contribute to the design process by providing technical insights and feasibility assessments.
- Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality and application stability.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate effectively with other developers, designers, product managers, and stakeholders in a remote environment.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives).
- Stay Current with Technology:
- Continuously research and evaluate new front-end technologies, tools, and frameworks to improve development processes and enhance user experience.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience as a Front-End Developer.
- Proven track record of building and deploying complex, high-traffic web applications.
- Technical Skills:
- Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+).
- Extensive experience with at least one major front-end framework: React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar.
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
- Experience with CSS preprocessors (Sass, Less) and CSS frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS).
- Proficient in consuming RESTful APIs (GraphQL experience is a plus).
- Experience with Git for version control.
- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress, etc.).
- Familiarity with build tools like Webpack, Rollup, or Parcel.
- Understanding of web performance optimization techniques.
- Design Expertise:
- Strong understanding of design principles (typography, color theory, layout, etc.).
- Experience collaborating with designers and translating design mockups into functional code.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Ability to provide design feedback and contribute to the overall user experience.
- Bonus Points:
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Vuex, etc.).
- Contributions to open-source projects.
- Experience with server-side rendering (SSR).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
