We are seeking a talented
Full-Stack Engineer based in Europe with a strong focus on frontend development and user interfaces. You'll work across the stack using TypeScript and Go to build high-quality applications with seamless user experiences.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience delivering impactful products, writing reliable, maintainable code, and driving engineering excellence through testing and best practices.
You will join the Workflow team, whose ultimate goal is to showcase that Neon is not just a database but a platform designed to help developers boost their productivity. The team owns key integrations and branch management operations. You will be involved in developing features and enhancing user experience across different interfaces, including UI, API, and CLI.

You Will
- Build innovative features that expand the scope of the Neon platform.
- Implement user-facing components with a strong focus on delivering high-quality user experiences.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, developer advocates, and C-level executives.
- Work directly with engineers in partner companies on integrations with Neon, ensuring seamless experiences for shared users.
- Ship and iterate quickly on several parts of our stack, focusing on both frontend and backend while maintaining a high bar for user satisfaction. Our tech stack includes, but is not limited to, TypeScript and Go.
- Engage with the team to establish and refine best practices for full-stack development, ensuring a high standard of quality and reliability.
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
- History of successfully building and delivering high-quality applications with well-crafted user interfaces and seamless user experiences.
- Expertise in modern front-end technologies, including TypeScript and popular frameworks/libraries.
- Familiarity with backend development and a solid understanding of full-stack applications — experience with languages such as Go, Rust, or Python is a plus.
- Strong commitment to engineering excellence, including writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Experience contributing to team productivity by mentoring, sharing knowledge, or improving development tools and processes.
