THE POSITION
These are your key tasks:
Project leading the Senior FIFA Women's World Cup working closely with the FIFA Local Entities team and additional events
Updating and creating comprehensive operations' guidelines & templates
Continuously train and coach the FIFA Local Entities and Local Organising Committees in the delivery of FIFA Volunteer Programme standards, processes and policies
Contributing to innovative ideas to the FIFA Volunteer programme aimed at improving standards, processes and policies
Managing some of the FIFA Volunteer Team including oversee a set of events within the FIFA Volunteer Team and manage projects leads
Assisting the Volunteer Management Team in continuously developing the FIFA Volunteer Global Programme and its delivery
Supporting the successful collection and transfer of knowledge including the debriefing report for each tournaments and events for volunteers following set operational procedures
Any other relevant tasks inherent to a Volunteer Programme
