The Role
We’re looking for a Founding Software Engineer who’s more than just a coder. You’re a builder, a problem-solver, and someone who thrives in the chaos of early-stage startups.
You’ll be the technical cornerstone of Complizen—writing code, shaping our architecture, and delivering features at lightning speed. This is your chance to have a massive impact on both our product and our company as we scale.
What You’ll Do
• Build from scratch: Design and develop the platform’s full-stack architecture.
• Integrate AI: Build and deploy AI features using frameworks like LlamaIndex, LangChain, and/or other LLM tools.
• Move fast: Rapidly prototype, launch, and iterate. Your code will be in production, used by real customers, in days—not weeks.
• Scale: Lay the foundation for a product that will handle millions of users and large datasets.
• Shape the vision: Work directly with the founders to define our product roadmap and technical strategy.
What We’re Looking For
• Builder: You thrive in chaos, get your hands dirty, and ship fast.
• Problem-Solver: Comfortable working on complex challenges— on managing rapid changing requirements
• AI Enthusiast: You’ve built or worked on LLM-powered applications before and have hands-on experience with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, and/or other LLM frameworks/tools.
• Team Player with a CEO Mindset: Excellent communicator with a product and customer-focused mindset.
• Full-Stack Wizard:
• Solid experience in building production-grade SaaS applications.
• Familiarity with AWS (EC2, S3, DynamoDB, etc.) or other cloud tools.
• Bonus points for experience in building high performance and throughput data systems.
