Job Summary

Customer is one of the largest retail and hospitality organizations in the Middle East, Africa and India.

They are looking for FullStack Developers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Spearheaded the development and maintenance of web applications utilizing the MERN stack.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility and seamless integration of UI/UX designs.

Database Management:

  • Design, implement, and administer MongoDB databases to ensure optimal performance.
  • Fine-tune database operations to enhance responsiveness and efficiency.

API Development:

  • Construct robust and scalable RESTful APIs leveraging Node.js.
  • Seamlessly integrate third-party APIs and services as required.

Front-End Development:

  • Create intuitive and responsive user interfaces using React.js.
  • Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to translate design concepts into functional elements.

Code Quality and Testing:

  • Write clean, well-structured, and efficient code to maintain application integrity.
  • Conduct comprehensive unit and integration testing to ensure reliability and robustness.

Version Control and Deployment:

  • Employ version control systems like Git for effective code management.
  • Execute seamless deployments to cloud platforms such as AWS or equivalent.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and fellow developers.
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Essential Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Senior MERN Stack Developer.
  • Strong command of React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
  • Leadership acumen with the ability to mentor and inspire team members.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills coupled with strategic thinking.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
