Key Responsibilities:
Customer-Centric Design:
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather insights, understand their needs, and validate design concepts.
Conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs based on feedback.
Design Development:
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for RockStar Data’s platform and dashboards.
Ensure designs adhere to best practices for user-friendliness and accessibility, focusing on intuitive navigation and visual appeal.
Documentation and Feature Explanation:
Create clear and comprehensive documentation detailing the behavior, functionality, and use cases of each feature.
Ensure documentation is easily understood by developers and aligns with technical requirements.
Cross-Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the Data, and Development teams to align designs with technical feasibility and business goals.
Act as the bridge between clients and the internal team to translate customer needs into actionable design solutions.
User Experience Optimization:
Continuously improve the platform’s UI/UX based on user behavior and analytics.
Maintain consistency in design elements across different modules and tools within the platform.
Innovative Thinking:
Stay up to date on design trends and technologies, bringing fresh ideas to enhance the product experience.
Experiment with design tools and techniques to push the boundaries of user-friendly design.

Requisitos:
Design Skills:
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing methods.
Communication Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams effectively.
Ability to present and justify design decisions clearly and persuasively.
Research & Validation:
Experience conducting user research and validating designs through feedback and usability testing.
Strong analytical skills to interpret user behavior and refine designs accordingly.
Documentation & Developer Collaboration:
Ability to create detailed documentation explaining each feature's behavior, intended use cases, and functionality to developers.
Work closely with the development team to address any design-related queries during implementation.
Technical Understanding:
Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS) to ensure designs are feasible and optimized for implementation.
Familiarity with SaaS platforms or BI tools is a plus.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design, preferably in SaaS or B2B platforms.
Portfolio showcasing user-friendly and visually appealing designs.
