We are looking for a Communications & Event Coordinator to play a key role in supporting the seamless operations and high-quality delivery of our senior leadership experiences. This role offers a task-oriented, flexible work arrangement, perfect for someone who thrives in a structured environment with remote working flexibility.


Key Responsibilities

Event Management & Delivery:

  • Support the management of thought leadership events
  • Liaise with Clients/Attendees/Vendors/Partners to ensure successful events
  • Manage registration and RSVPs with Senior Business leaders
  • Support and collaborate with the Changemaker (CMN) Business Unit team in facilitating and coordinating administrative internal arrangements


Content & Production:

  • Writing/Copywriting - Email invitations, Event scripts, Post-event reports, Social media posts (e.g. LinkedIn)
  • Creating and refining presentation/pitch/research decks
  • Support with basic graphic design and website updates


Operational Support:

  • Provide support to the Communications & Event Executive and other senior team members as required
  • Assist in coordinating and managing day-to-day operations within the CMN Business Unit to ensure successful project delivery


Conduct Independent Projects:

  • Manage and execute assigned projects independently, ensuring they meet the set objectives and timelines
  • Provide innovative ideas and insights to enhance the effectiveness of broader team efforts where possible


Client and Team Interaction:

  • Engage with clients and team members to understand project requirements and deliverables
  • Maintain effective communication channels to ensure alignment and clarity

  • Good project management skills with the ability to handle independent projects


Communication and Collaboration

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Expected to operate at a working and professional level
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

  • Excellent time management skills
  • Observant and pays great attention to detail


Responsibility and Initiative

  • Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility and takes initiative in assigned tasks

Confidentiality and Integrity

  • High level of integrity in handling sensitive information


Digitally Savvy

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools


The Working Expectations

This is a fully remote role. The primary communication channels you will have with the team that is primarily Singapore-based will be Email, Telegram and Zoom.


As part of the role requirements, you must adhere to the following:

·     Be contactable & responsive on the communication channels especially between 9:00am & 6:00pm GMT+8

·     Follows Singapore working calendar

·     Have an existing internet connection and working equipment (laptop, PC) that is reliable

·     Be adept in using online tools/platforms like Telegram, WhatsApp, Zoom, Teams & Google Workspace

·     Meet stipulated deadlines


Deadlines that are committed to are expected to be met. If the deadline can’t be met, we expect this to be flagged out early & a renegotiation of a new deadline initiated
