We are looking for a Communications & Event Coordinator to play a key role in supporting the seamless operations and high-quality delivery of our senior leadership experiences. The Working Expectations
This is a fully remote role. The primary communication channels you will have with the team that is primarily Singapore-based will be Email, Telegram and Zoom.
As part of the role requirements, you must adhere to the following:
· Be contactable & responsive on the communication channels especially between 9:00am & 6:00pm GMT+8
· Follows Singapore working calendar
· Have an existing internet connection and working equipment (laptop, PC) that is reliable
· Be adept in using online tools/platforms like Telegram, WhatsApp, Zoom, Teams & Google Workspace
· Meet stipulated deadlines
Deadlines that are committed to are expected to be met. If the deadline can’t be met, we expect this to be flagged out early & a renegotiation of a new deadline initiated
