The Role
As a German Junior Campaign Specialist, you’ll help businesses grow through Google Ads products, creating impactful advertising campaigns while honing your own digital marketing skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Be a Consultant: Onboard clients and design their first online ad campaigns.
- Build Success Stories: Analyze client needs and develop solutions to meet their goals.
- Grow Together: Drive campaign success by upselling and expanding opportunities.
- Work Globally: Handle daily interactions with diverse clients via phone.
What You Bring to the Table
- Languages:
- German (C2 level)
- English (Professional level)
- Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent (Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications MA/MSc a plus).
- Experience: 1–2 years in sales or online advertising.
- Skills: Communication, analytics, time management, and adaptability in a team setting.
