Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sr Graphic & Motion Designer at Grit Marketing Studio for our Communications and Campaigns team. The designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling and innovative designs to enhance brand communication and presence. We are seeking a talented and experienced professional to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will bring a unique blend of creative vision, technical expertise, and strategic thinking to help drive innovative visual solutions for our clients.The role involves tasks such as motion design, motion graphics, video production, animation, and storyboarding.

Key Responsabilities

• Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative projects across multiple platforms and formats
• Create compelling motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for digital and traditional media
• Develop and maintain visual brand guidelines for clients
• Collaborate with the communications and campaigns team to deliver 360° advertising solutions
• Mentor junior designers and provide creative direction when needed

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design and motion graphics, with a focus on advertising
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Proficiency in editorial design and layout for both print and digital media
• Experience with publication design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both static and motion design
• Experience with 360° campaign development and execution
• Excellent conceptualization and storyboarding abilities
• Knowledge of current design trends, animation techniques, and best practices
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition
