Position: PAYROLL ANALYST
Ensure accurate and timely processing of company’s payroll on a weekly, semi-monthly, monthly basis and ensure all company pay practice policies and controls are in place and operating effectively.

- Automotive industry expertise will be a plus for this position.
- It’s difficult to access to the Plant- for this reason it´s important that the candidate must have her/ his own transportation or another alternative to get to this site.
- Nowadays the company is unable to give support relocation for foreign candidates.
- This position reports to a HR Manager.
SKILLS
- English Conversational skills- medium
- Desirable knowledge of some HRIS : like Kronos, ADP, Taleo, Oracle Fusion , people soft, etc.
- Confidence with presenting in front of large audience including executives, salary, and hourly workers. In addition, exceptional interpersonal skills with establishing long-term working relationships with all personnel.
- Professionalism related to relationships with co-workers, encouraging an environment of fairness and communication. Understands the role in the plant of being an employee and company advocate and in return, seeks advocacy from the employees this role serves.
- Knowledge of Excel
Experience minimum 4 years in Payroll:
- Manage the weekly administrative payroll incidents for all the employees: (Union and staff) (Infonavit Credit, Fonacot discounts, special deductions, special payments, settlements). As well as registering in the Kronos system absences, permissions, vacations, overtime generated during the week that the payroll is being processed.
- Prepare new employee registrations in our system and request their registration from IMSS to Deloitte
- (Infonavit Credit, Fonacot discounts, special deductions, special payments, settlements). As well as registering in the Kronos system absences, permissions, vacations, overtime generated during the week that the payroll is being processed.
- Correct interface issues to payroll vendor from (HRIS system and benefit vendors)
- Update personal employee information in the Oracle Fusion system.
- Maintain the confidentiality of information regarding salaries, promotions, bonuses, etc.
- Dismissal from Fusion of personnel who have no longer reported to work and request their withdrawal from IMSS from Deloitte.
- Salary staff salary changes at Oracle Fusion – wage information
- Maintain maximum payroll efficiency by following up on proper administration.
- Induction of payroll to new income, delivery of contracts, payroll card and saving coupons cards.
- Administration of savings fund loans.
- Be part of the events related with the human factor.
- Internal and External audits support.
