Job Description:

Insight Global is looking for a technical resource for a Forensics Server Administrator responsible for the management of various forensics and eDiscovery technologies in forensics production, test, and development environments. This person is a member of a nationwide team of technical support staff focused on ongoing support and new deployments the company's IT infrastructure. In this role, you will troubleshoot and resolve server-related issues, analyze and identify performance bottlenecks, recommend optimization opportunities, and support internal users, external clients and applications used in our environment while working closely with other IT staff. Additionally, you will oversee application patching for updates and vulnerabilities, as well as perform monthly operating system patching. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the cyber forensics field and expertise in server administration, particularly with Relativity software.



Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in the cyber forensics space: Skilled in investigating and analyzing cyber incidents to ensure system and data security.
  • 2+ years of expertise in server administration: Experienced in managing and maintaining server environments for optimal performance and reliability.
  • Experience with Relativity software: Proficient in using Relativity for e-discovery and legal document management.
  • Proficiency with SCCM, forecast management, Active Directory, and GPO: Capable of using SCCM for software deployment, managing Active Directory for user and resource management, and configuring Group Policy Objects (GPO) for security settings.
  • Experience working in an Azure environment: Familiar with deploying, managing, and scaling applications in Azure to enhance business operations.


Nice to Have Skills & Experience


• Holds any information security certifications: Possesses certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH, demonstrating a strong foundation in information security principles and practices.

• Has a degree in a related field: Holds a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline, providing a solid academic background to support practical skills.



Compensation:

$35/hr to $45/hr.


Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.


Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as short-term and long-term disability, life insurance and AD&D.
