JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


The Human Resource Generalist will provide comprehensive support in the structure, administration and maintenance of the policies, programs, activities, and procedures of the Human Resource section, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organization’s mission and strategy.


Corporate Culture Development:

  • Promote a strong corporate culture by organizing initiatives that align with CTG Latam’s values and bridge cultural differences between Latin American and Chinese teams.
  • Develop programs that enhance employee engagement, collaboration, and workplace satisfaction.
  • Foster open communication and understanding between local and expatriate employees.


HR Legal Compliance:


  • Ensures the correct hiring and dismissal procedures of personnel in terms of labour compliance.
  • Maintenance of employee’s folders containing all necessary legal documentation offline and on SAP SF.
  • Lead internal audits regarding the Human Resources process.
  • Draft and establish HR policies aiming to comply with CTG Latam’s requirements and local regulations.


Staffing & Recruiting:


  • Design, analyse or modify Job Descriptions for the company when needed.
  • Maintain organizational structure in SAP and corporate documents when needed.
  • Carry out recruiting processes from start to finish, together with different stakeholders, head-hunters, e-recruiting platforms, educational institutes among others.
  • Conduct on boarding process for newcomers including compliance and medical screening process.


Payroll:


  • Supervise the timely execution of the monthly payroll calendar.
  • Collect and input payroll inputs for its correct monthly processing.
  • Verify and approve payroll payments and liquidation calculation (payroll is outsourced).
  • Ensure the correct file management regarding payroll and social security matters.



Employee Support:


  • Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries and providing guidance on HR related matters such as payroll, policies, SAP SF module, labour certificates, among others.
  • Provide HR and relocation assistance to expatriate personnel on boarding the company.


Training & Development:


  • Conduct local performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and development plans.
  • Draft and design training material for the different company’s HR programs.



Requirements:

  • 100% On Site job ( Bogota, Chapinero)
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • +B2/C1 English Level (Must)
  • Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors (SF) or other HRIS systems is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
