Position Overview:
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the customer base by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive approach, strong interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the company’s products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and qualify new sales leads through cold calling, networking, warm connections, market research and from company marketing activities.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure continuous business growth.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
- Represent the company at trade events and conferences as required.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Address customer enquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop effective sales strategies and action plans.
- Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
Negotiation and Closing:
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and agreements.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to close sales deals.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products/services to customers.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance via company CRM and internal processes.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activities and customer information.
· Ad hoc: Manage any other ad hoc duties as required by the business that fall under the sales / customer support responsibilities.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
Experience:
- 3+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in B2B SaaS solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Skills:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.

Work Environment:
- Full-time position, fully remote with travel required ad hoc.
