We are looking for a Salesforce Admin to join out team!

Main Objective: Collaborate with the Senior Learning Tech Lead and Product Owner to evaluate the feasibility and conduct risk analysis for the ALM LMS implementation across each division and business unit within EMEA.

Requirements

• Ensuring Seamless LMS Integrations Management
• Performing System Integration Processes
• Mitigation Process Implementation
• User Access Assurance
• Perform the Legacy System Migration process to ensure a smooth transition from the old system to the new one
• System Assessment: Evaluate the current state of data, applications, infrastructure, and dependencies from the Legacy System to the ALM
• Learning Analytics and Reporting
• Provide actionable insights
• Providing tecno-functional support for Bugs-Fix Testing, User Support and Features Implementation
• Perform System(s) Quarterly Release Updates

Qualifications

• LMS Integration Admin Experience: Prior Experience with LMS platforms as an Integration administrator, such as Adobe Learning Manager, Moodle, Blackboard, or similar and xAPIs
• Salesforce Expertise
• Information Technology (IT): Solid foundation in IT principles, systems integration, and software development.
• Salesforce experience
• Jira/Confluence and Jira Service Management Software experience.
