About you:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on Business Analysis and Project Management.
Experience delivering AI-driven products or solutions and understanding AI technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
Proven experience in leading discovery phases for new projects and collaborating with sales teams during presales to shape client requirements and ensure a clear understanding of scope and solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear documentation and present complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience in controlling budgets, resources, and timelines for successful product delivery.
Strong analytical abilities to understand complex business problems and translate them into feasible, effective product solutions.
Ability to understand technical constraints and communicate effectively with engineering teams to define requirements and drive solution development.
You will work with:
Take full ownership of project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery. Track project progress, handle risks, and resolve issues to keep the project on track.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into comprehensive, clear, and actionable product specifications. Ensure all technical and business requirements are understood and documented.
Work closely with key stakeholders to deeply understand their business challenges. Conduct thorough analysis to assess business needs and suggest the most efficient and effective solutions. Ensure that the product strategy aligns with broader business objectives.
Possess a strong understanding of AI use cases and how they can be leveraged and integrated into business solutions. Evaluate and incorporate AI technologies and methodologies into product designs and delivery plans.
Act as the bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment. Collaborate with AI experts, data scientists, and engineers to ensure that product features are delivered as planned.
Lead the agile process for product development, managing sprints, backlogs, and product roadmaps. Ensure the team is focused on the most impactful features and iterating rapidly on user feedback.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are managed throughout the product lifecycle.
Lead discovery phases to explore new product ideas, features, and market opportunities. Work closely with the stakeholders during the presales process to define scope, deliverables, and ensure a smooth transition to the delivery phase
