We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Marketing Analyst to join our remote team. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing insights and analytical support that drive our marketing strategies. You will work across various channels to evaluate marketing performance and help shape data-driven decisions that contribute to our mission of transforming lives through innovative health solutions.
About the role:
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and product performance to inform marketing strategies and campaigns
- Design and implement data analysis processes that effectively track, measure and optimize campaign performance across products, marketing channels and geos
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and develop actionable recommendations
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting performance metrics and actionable insights
- Excel at toolsand concepts like:
- Tools/languages:
- Tableau (or other BI tool) -> Mid level
- Spreadsheet -> Advanced level
- Ad platforms -> Advanced level
- Google Analytics -> Mid level
- Mixpannel (or other digital analytics tools) -> General knowledge
- Segment (or any other CDP) -> General knowledge
- GTM -> General knowledge
- Programming languages:
- SQL -> Mid-High level
- Python -> General knowledge
- Key Concepts / Experience:
- Applying Data quality in Marketing Data
- Good knowledge of how to model Marketing data and blend it with the rest of the internal data
- Implementing Advanced Attribution Models
- Implementing Elasticity / Marginal Models
Requirements
Skills needed:
- 4+ years of experience in a marketing analytics role or similar, ideally in a digital-first environment
- Proficient in data analysis tools. Look at our stack above
- Strong understanding of marketing concepts, metrics, and strategies, with a proven ability to apply them in a business context
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with a knack for turning complex data into actionable insights
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to present information in a clear and engaging manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in the health and wellness industry is a plus, but not required
