Job Description

Join us at headhunter.ai, where we're revolutionizing the recruitment industry through cutting-edge AI technology. As our Founding Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our platform from the ground up, leveraging your expertise in TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and Framer Motion to create seamless, dynamic user experiences. Your knack for implementing smooth animations and enhancing UX will drive user engagement and satisfaction. Ideally you have experience building backends using Firebase. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain our flagship product using TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind CSS & Framer Motion.
• Implement smooth, clean animations to elevate user interactions and improve overall UX/UI.
• Ideate Figma designs through deeply understanding the problem we’re trying to solve and thinking from first principles.
• Architect and build scalable backend solutions using Firebase and other relevant technologies.
• Explore and integrate AI-driven technologies like GPT API, Pinecone Vector DB, or other vector databases to enhance product capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• No university education or degree needed. 
• Students are more than welcome to apply. Preferably those studying in any STEM field.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and Framer Motion.
• Experience with Firebase or similar backend technologies.
• Familiarity with AI technologies such as GPT API, Pinecone Vector DB, or vector databases.
• Strong understanding of LLMs is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment, taking ownership of projects and driving them to completion.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
