We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Digital Designer to join our growing design team. As a Digital Designer, you will play a role in creating engaging visual content for various digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with marketing and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact, results-driven campaigns. This role is perfect for a motivated individual with a passion for digital design and a strong desire to learn and grow.

Responsibilities:

• Design compelling banner ads, landing pages, and email templates to enhance user engagement and drive conversions.
• Apply knowledge of accessibility standards to ensure digital campaigns are inclusive and compliant.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to deliver high-impact, results-driven campaigns.
• Participate in social media projects, creating visually engaging content for social media platforms.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising attention to detail or design quality.
• Assist with designing materials for internal and external communications, including job hiring posters and employee newsletters.
• Ensure designs are accessible and compliant with accessibility standards.
• Constructively receive and integrate feedback into design revisions.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field.
• At least 1 year of proven experience in digital design.
• Proficiency in design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma.
• Demonstrated experience designing for diverse digital platforms, such as social media, websites, email campaigns, and display advertising.
• Strong grasp of branding principles with a proven ability to maintain brand consistency across digital channels.
• A portfolio of work samples demonstrating digital design skills and creativity.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with copywriters, marketers, and developers to bring creative campaigns to life.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts and explain decisions grounded in strategy and data.
• Understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices (SEO, social media marketing) is a plus.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and other web programming languages is a plus.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
