We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Web Designer with expertise in UI/UX to join our growing team. As a member of our design group, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our products. You will be responsible for translating user needs and business requirements into intuitive and engaging interfaces. This role requires a strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, a mastery of design tools, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with product teams and front-end and back-end engineers to design and implement innovative UI/UX solutions for our products.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that align with brand standards and user needs.
• Manage tasks independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality designs while fostering cross-functional teamwork.
• Maintain and contribute to our design system to ensure product and platform consistency.
• Ensure designs are accessible and compliant with accessibility standards.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• Mastery of design tools, including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of fundamental UI/UX principles and best practices.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and web standards.
• Proven experience developing wireframes, low- and high-fidelity prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Strong collaboration skills, particularly in partnering with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and other web programming languages is a plus.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of UI/UX design projects.

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience building and maintaining design systems.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards, such as WCAG, and the ability to create inclusive, compliant designs.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
