Who we are looking for:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Senior UX/UI Designer to craft intuitive and engaging digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital product design, a strong portfolio showcasing impactful design solutions, and a collaborative spirit. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, leveraging both technical expertise and creative innovation to deliver exceptional results. Experience in designing commerce websites and familiarity with the restaurant and hospitality industries are highly preferred.

What You'll Do:

User-Centered Design:

• Distill complex problems into user journeys, information architecture, and prototypes.
• Leverage behavioral principles to design approachable and engaging user experiences.

Collaboration:

• Partner with product managers, engineers, and design teams to create innovative features.
• Maintain alignment with project plans and communicate progress with leadership teams.

Design Systems:

• Champion and maintain design systems using Figma and platform standards.
• Apply customer behavior insights to improve commerce-related systems.

Project Management:

• Ensure deadlines are met and time requirements are communicated in real-time.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality design outputs.

Continuous Improvement:

• Utilize data analytics and user research findings to refine and enhance designs.
• Adapt designs iteratively based on feedback and usability testing.

Requirements

What You’ll Need:

Experience & Expertise:

• 8+ years in digital product design with contributions to shipped projects.
• Portfolio showcasing UX/UI work with measurable impacts.
• Experience in designing commerce websites and restaurant/hospitality digital experiences.

Skills & Tools:

• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong skills in visual design and interaction design, with capabilities in prototyping and information architecture.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for design optimization and responsive design.
• Familiarity with iterative and agile design processes.

Education & Certification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Certification in UX/UI design (CUXD or CID) preferred.

Communication & Leadership:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present ideas and decisions clearly.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with data analytics and user research methodologies.
• Leadership experience in agency or brand-side roles.
