Position Overview:
The Amazon Expert will be responsible for overseeing and managing assigned brand accounts on Ama-zon, ensuring optimal performance through strategic planning, execution, and continuous optimization. The role requires expertise in account management, strategic development, performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will stay up-to-date with the latest Amazon trends and policies and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities to maintain and enhance the operation-al success of client accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
•Account Portfolio Management: Oversee and manage assigned brand accounts, ensuring op-timal performance and alignment with client objectives through strategic planning and execu-tion.
•Strategic Account Oversight: Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to drive sales growth, optimize product listings, and enhance brand visibility on Amazon, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
•Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor key performance metrics such as sales, traffic, and conversion rates; analyze data trends to identify opportunities for improvement and pre-sent actionable insights to clients.
•Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including PPC specialists, content creators, and supply chain experts, to ensure seamless execution of advertising cam-paigns, inventory management, and promotional strategies.
•Amazon Expertise and Problem-Solving: Stay updated on the latest Amazon policies, trends, and tools; proactively address challenges such as account suspensions, listing issues, or fulfill-ment errors to maintain operational excellence.
Requirements:
•Proven experience in Amazon account management or e-commerce, particularly in managing brand accounts on Amazon.
•Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Amazon advertising tools (AMS), and Amazon’s policies and performance metrics.
•Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data trends and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
•Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
•Strong problem-solving skills, especially in addressing Amazon-specific challenges such as ac-count suspensions or listing optimization.
•Ability to stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and changes in Amazon's platform and poli-cies.
•Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Desired Skills:
•Experience in PPC management and advertising campaigns on Amazon.
•Knowledge of Amazon SEO and listing optimization strategies.
•Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
