Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Graphic Designer with a strong eye for design and proficiency in various design software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling visual assets that align with our brand identity. You will work closely with our Creative Director and Marketing team to ensure cohesive, visually appealing assets across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design visually engaging graphics for both digital and print media.
• Perform colour correction on photos to ensure high-quality visuals.
• Maintain a cohesive brand identity through design, editing, and adding third-party imagery as overlays.
• Create layouts and select appropriate colours, images, and typefaces to align with INTER’s vision and style.
• Ensure all final deliverables adhere to brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Manage multiple projects effectively, meeting tight deadlines.
• Showcase strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of design principles.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Familiarity with Canva and/or Figma.
• Experience with short-form content creation, including animations or video editing.
• Ability to adapt designs for various platforms and formats.
• 2-4 years of graphic design experience.
