Shift: 11 AM to 7 PM GMT or 7 PM to 3 AM MNL time

What You’ll Do

As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a key role in designing and delivering impactful digital experiences for eCommerce brands. You’ll collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) specialists to create user-centered designs that are visually stunning and highly functional.

• Design and refine wireframes, user journeys, prototypes, and UI elements.
• Innovate and bring fresh ideas to each project while meeting client needs.
• Focus on eCommerce projects, ensuring high-performance design for online stores.
• Communicate effectively with clients to present concepts and gather feedback.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team to bring designs to life.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a proactive and skilled designer with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences. Here’s what we’d love to see:

• Experience: Proven background in designing UX/UI for eCommerce platforms (Shopify experience is a plus).
• Technical Skills: Expertise in Figma for design and prototyping. Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a bonus.
• Agency Background: Comfortable managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Strong Aesthetic Sense: Ability to balance form and function in design.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Innovative thinker who can go beyond the brief to deliver creative solutions.
• Client Communication: Confident presenting and defending design decisions to clients.
• Team Player: Works well in a collaborative environment with developers and CRO experts.
