Role Overview
Job Description: Tech Lead (AI-Powered Digital Products)
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead to oversee the development of cutting-edge AI-powered digital products. This pivotal role requires a strong technical background, including expertise in AI and software development, combined with the ability to lead and inspire a team of engineers to build innovative, high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the technical direction and establish best practices for the development of AI-powered products.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering collaboration and technical excellence.
- Make critical architectural decisions and ensure the scalability, security, and performance of solutions.
- Oversee the quality of code through rigorous reviews and adherence to coding standards.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends, leveraging insights to inform technical and product development strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and data scientists, to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI technologies and software development to maintain the team’s competitive edge.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget. Required Skills and Qualifications
Required Skills and Qualifications
1) Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in Python, with experience in AI and machine learning frameworks
- such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
- Strong understanding of software development principles, system
- architecture, and cloud-based solutions (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
- Experience designing and implementing scalable AI systems and microservices.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
2) Leadership and Collaboration:
- Proven ability to lead technical teams, mentor engineers, and drive
- collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to both
- technical and non-technical stakeholders.
3) Problem-Solving and Decision-Making:
- Strong analytical skills to address technical challenges and make informed decisions.
- Ability to balance short-term deliverables with long-term technical vision.
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or other AI domains.
- Knowledge of database technologies, both SQL and NoSQL.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
