• 1 Senior Developer: Lead architecture design, handle complex integrations, and mentor the team.
• 2 Mid-Level Developers: Implement key features, ensure functionality, and collaborate effectively.

• Design scalable back-end systems and architectures.
• Lead API, database, and blockchain integration development.
• Mentor and guide mid-level developers.
• Ensure on-time delivery of milestones.

• Build and optimize APIs, back-end modules, and databases.
• Collaborate with front-end teams for seamless feature integration.
• Implement blockchain functionalities and maintain scalability.
• Debug and troubleshoot to ensure platform stability.

• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
• Expertise in Node.js and Express.js frameworks.

• Experience integrating Solana or EVM-compatible chains.
• Proficiency with Web3.js, ethers.js, or Solana SDK.
• Understanding of smart contracts and DeFi protocols.

• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and decentralized storage solutions like IPFS.

• Knowledge of machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with caching systems (Redis) and scalability tools.
