Responsibilities
- Calendar Mastery: Manage complex schedules, aligning priorities and coordinating meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, candidates, and partners
- Travel Coordination: Organize international and domestic travel arrangements, including visas, flights, accommodations, and conflict resolution
- Meeting Support: Schedule and manage business meetings, prepare presentation materials (e.g., slides and reports), and ensure all logistics are in place
- Action-Oriented Support: Attend meetings, manage agendas, take detailed notes, and track action items to ensure follow-through and alignment with business priorities
- Project Management: Provide operational support for high-visibility projects like board meetings, press events, and strategic initiatives
- Research and Presentation: Conduct in-depth research to support executive decision-making and prepare polished presentations or briefs
- Personal Assistance: Support personal commitments, including managing schedules, personal errands, and administrative needs
Requirements
Technical Knowledge:
Testing Methodologies
- Knowledge and practical application of different types of testing: functional, non-functional (security, usability), regression testing
- Familiarity with test design techniques (equivalence classes, boundary values, cause-effect analysis, error guessing, pairwise testing, etc.)
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing lifecycle (STLC)
Test Automation
- Experience in writing and maintaining test scripts
Testing Tools
- Experience with test management systems (e.g., Jira, TestRail)
- Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger)
Working With Databases
- Understanding SQL fundamentals and writing queries to validate data
Soft Skills
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze requirements, identify potential issues, and spot gaps in documentation
- Communication: Capability to effectively collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders
- Self-organization: Ability to handle a large volume of tasks, prioritize them, and meet deadlines
- Attention to Detail: Capability to notice even the smallest errors in the product
Experience
- 2-3 years of experience in back-end testing
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
- Experience in writing test documentation: test cases, checklists, and bug reports
- Experience in analyzing system logs
Additional Requirements
- Experience with and understanding of GraphQL
- Understanding of betting
