About You

We’re seeking an individual who’s excited to join a growing, close-knit team and begin (or advance) their career in a vibrant media environment. Prior experience in a B2B operational capacity is ideal, but not mandatory, someone with the drive and willingness to develop alongside the business is more important.


Your Role

  • Collaborate with the Campaign Management team to ensure that all leads and related data are verified, accurate, and current.
  • Perform initial quality checks on data by validating it against multiple sources (for instance, verifying job titles, phone numbers, and other essential details).
  • Set up and launch new campaigns, which involves creating automated checks in our data validation systems and handling any necessary API integrations (full training provided).
  • Tackle ad hoc tasks as assigned by team leaders or the broader campaign management group.
  • Keep campaigns running smoothly and deliver top-notch service to all clients, every time.
  • Provide clear updates on campaign responsiveness to accurately forecast future performance.
  • Take on operational and analytical duties, like segmenting data and evaluating response rates using various technology platforms (training will be provided).
  • Double-check data reliability and flag any shortcomings when needed.


Essential Qualifications

  • A degree in a data-focused area (e.g., Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Sciences, or Engineering)
  • A passion for data-centric work
  • Strong communication skills
  • Energy, enthusiasm, and willingness to align with team objectives
