Senior Visual Designer

We’re a nimble, close-knit agency that partners with some of the most innovative companies in the B2B and enterprise tech world. In this role you will own design projects from brainstorm to final handoff— collaborating with others and leading the charge on sophisticated, human-centered digital experiences. You’ll bring a deep passion for design, an eye for detail, and the skills to shape product interfaces and brand experiences that delight stakeholders and users alike. This is a Texas based remote position. 

What You’ll Do

Drive projects end-to-end: Own the entire design process—from concept to completion—and ensure the final product meets brand, business, and user needs.  

Elevate digital experiences: Craft intuitive, user-centered designs focused on B2B buyers and enterprise tech users (websites, landing pages, product UIs, marketing campaigns, etc.).  

Collaborate and innovate: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of designers, developers, and strategists, sharing ideas and pushing design boundaries.  

Champion Figma as the primary tool: Create robust design systems, prototypes, and iterations that seamlessly hand off to developers, product engineering teams, and client partners.  

Shape brand identities: Develop and refine brand guidelines, from color systems to typography, ensuring consistent and compelling brand experiences.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of agency experience in a similar role (B2B tech strongly preferred)  
• Bachelor’s degree in design, human Interaction design, or related field  
• A strong portfolio showcasing human-centric digital, web, and product UI/UX designs  
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, plus experience with Adobe Creative Suite  
• Excellent communication and organizational skills—you clearly articulate your ideas and collaborate effectively  
• Meticulous attention to detail—you’re the type to spot a pixel misalignment or inconsistent spacing
