Hexafusion Canada Inc. is seeking a talented and results-driven
Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a proven sales background, and experience working in the IT and cybersecurity industries.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients and schedule meetings to present and discuss our services.
- Design and deliver presentations tailored to clients' unique needs and preferences.
- Provide accurate quotes for IT support and security services.
- Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials and support campaigns.
- Host webinars and workshops to educate clients on our services and industry trends.
- Engage with clients through social media channels to enhance brand reputation.
- Attend industry events and participate in online and in-person customer interactions.
- Assist the sales team in preparing tender and bid documents.
- Ensure timely delivery of bids and oversee contract negotiations while adhering to company policies.
- Review quotations, provide bid analysis, and make recommendations for approval.
Requirements
- Valid work authorization in Canada.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check.
- Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience.
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM platforms with 2+ years of experience.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven experience in sales negotiation and closing deals.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 is preferred.
- Comfortable making 40-50 outbound cold calls per day.
- Valid BC Class 5 driver’s license and consistent access to a reliable vehicle for client visits within Metro Vancouver.
- Public speaking skills and experience hosting client presentations, webinars, or seminars are an asset.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday.
