Position Overview

As a Project Manager at Veriforce, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution

of high-impact business and technical programs. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Technical Programs and PMO Lead, you will leverage your project management expertise to lead cross- functional teams, manage deliverables, and ensure alignment with strategic goals. This fully remote position offers an excellent opportunity to work across diverse initiatives, with occasional travel required.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning, Coordination, and Execution

  • Collaborate with the Senior Manager, Technical Programs to define comprehensive project scopes, objectives, and key deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project schedules, milestones, and roadmaps to track progress
  • Ensure meticulous documentation of project charters, stakeholder requirements, and execution plans to maintain transparency and alignment across teams.

Stakeholder Communication and Team Support

  • Facilitate cross-functional team meetings, prepare structured agendas, and document key action items.
  • Ensure clear, consistent communication of project goals, progress updates, and risk mitigation strategies to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Act as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and leadership to drive consensus and clarity on project priorities.

Performance Tracking and Reporting

  • Utilize project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA) to monitor performance metrics and adherence to timelines.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level status reports, highlighting key achievements, risks, and corrective actions.
  • Implement KPI-driven tracking to measure project success and identify areas for continuous improvement.

Risk and Issue Management

  • Proactively identify potential risks and issues throughout the project
  • Develop and execute risk mitigation strategies in collaboration with project sponsors and team leads.
  • Maintain a comprehensive risk register and ensure timely resolution of critical issues to minimize project impact.

Governance, Compliance, and Documentation

  • Uphold project governance by ensuring adherence to established standards, methodologies (Agile, Waterfall), and organizational policies.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including change requests, meeting minutes, decision logs, and status reports.

Resource and Budget Management

  • Support resource allocation by tracking team availability, skillsets, and
  • Work closely with resource managers to address bottlenecks and optimize
  • Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and assist in financial reporting to ensure projects remain within scope and budget constraints.

Post-Project Analysis and Continuous Improvement

  • Lead post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and best
  • Develop actionable recommendations for process improvements and future project
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement by fostering feedback loops and knowledge

Required Qualifications And Skills

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Certification

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent (e.g., PRINCE2 Practitioner –

Required.

  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)) –

Experience

  • 3-5 years of hands-on project management experience, preferably in technical or SaaS
  • Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects with varying complexities and scopes.

Core Skills

  • Proficiency in leading Agile and Waterfall projects, with a solid understanding of hybrid
  • Expertise in project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, and
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience in presenting to executive stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications And Skills (Nice To Have)

  • Experience managing SaaS or technology-driven projects in a remote, distributed team
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate geographically dispersed teams across multiple time zones.
  • Knowledge of resource management and capacity planning
  • Familiarity with change management frameworks and their application in large-scale
