Be our first Sales Development Representative
AnchorLess is seeking an ambitious and driven professional to become our first Sales Development Representative to help us conquer the Portuguese market! If you're ready for an exciting challenge and want to make a real impact, this role is for you!

π» What you can help with:
- Proactively reaching out to potential B2B clients in Portugal to introduce our relocation solutions.
- Conducting discovery calls to understand companies' relocation needs and demonstrate how AnchorLess can streamline their international hiring process
- Managing and nurturing your pipeline of opportunities through our sales process
- Collaborating with our marketing team to optimize outreach campaigns and messaging for the Portuguese market
- Help build and optimize our sales pipeline using cutting-edge tools and AI
- Building relationships with key decision-makers in Portuguese companies, particularly in HR and talent acquisition roles
- Building relationships with key decision-makers in Portuguese real estate agencies, tax service firms, and companies, focusing on those who regularly work with international clients
β The ideal candidate we're looking for:
- Is eager to join a startup ready to scale across Europe
- Has 2-3 years of experience as an SDR, with proven expertise in tools like Clay, Lemlist, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator (mandatory)
- Has an idea of how to automate prospecting or know how to use it (Apify, make, n8n, AI)
- Is curious, autonomous, and consistently strives for excellence
- Shows initiative in helping build our team from the ground up
- Is comfortable making calls and resilient in the face of challenges
- Has a growth mindset and views failures as learning opportunities
- Speaks Portuguese and English fluently

- Portuguese and English fluency are required

Our interview process takes an average of 2 weeks and generally consists of

- Complete a brief questionnaire to ensure alignment with our values and goals
- Initial meeting with our CEO
- Complete a take-home assessment via email
- Present your work to the CEO
- Final cultural fit interview
