Your Role:

• Provide IT support for end-users on Windows, macOS and Linux operating systems.
• Manage IT inventory, including hardware and software assets, ensuring efficient stock and device management.
• Handle deployment of Windows, macOS and Linux operating systems, ensuring seamless configuration and setup.
• Assist in maintaining and improving IT processes to enhance overall system performance and user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve technical challenges and support IT initiatives.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and contribute to optimizing the IT workplace.

Your Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting both Windows, macOS and Linux endpoints.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Microsoft Intune.
• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.
• Solid understanding of fundamental cyber security principles.
• Bonus: Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
