You will join our Technology Team and will be responsible for the Level-2 IT support and Network mission.

What are we looking for?
A teammate who;
- Is passionate about technology and enjoys being in a sportive and energetic team
- Has a bachelor's degree in computer engineering, information technology, mathematics engineering, or other related fields.
- Has an excellent command of written and spoken English
- Proven 2-3 years experience as an IT Specialist, Network Specialist, or a similar role.
- Solid understanding of network protocols, configurations, TCP/IP, and troubleshooting, including technologies such as MPLS, SD-WAN, WLAN and VPNs.
- Proven experience in setting up and maintaining IT infrastructure, including routers, switches, and access points, especially in retail environments.
- Ability to take responsibility for network-related projects, manage timelines, and successfully implement solutions.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, minimizing downtime.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Has good communication and functional management skills
- Is solution-oriented
- Has a customer-centric service mindset
What are your responsibilities?
- Managing IT processes during store openings and relocation projects.
- Being responsible for the “network” mission within the team.
- Installation of IT equipment such as servers, printers, network devices mobile devices, etc...
- Providing Level-2 IT support to stores within SLA timeframes
- Providing Level-2 IT support for payment systems within SLA timeframes.
- Contributing to the implementation of global and local projects by actively participating in them.
- Documenting managed processes and adding them to the knowledge base.
- Conducting field visits and inspections of the stores under their responsibility once a year.
- Managing IT assets of the stores under their responsibility and procuring new equipment when needed.
