Currently we are looking for new Head of Digital Acquisition.

Step into the key role of Head of Digital Acquisition and make a direct impact on our digital performance and brand campaigns. You will lead new product launches, craft growth strategies, and manage our test backlog. Take charge of performance campaigns, collaborate on product marketing and branding, and leverage your analytical skills to drive our growth..


Strategic responsibilities: 


  • New Product Launches: Initiate and manage the launch of new products, identifying optimal acquisition channels and testing market hypotheses.
  • Team Collaboration: Work intensively with the product team to generate actionable hypotheses and analyze audience segments for targeted marketing.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and oversee the acquisition strategy, including the maintenance of an organized backlog and roadmap, integration of new funnels, and continuous campaign optimization.
  • Leadership and Team Development: Act as a player-coach to build and lead the acquisition team in alignment with strategic goals and operational demands.


Daily routine responsibilities:


  • Product Scaling and Optimization: Enhance the acquisition processes for existing products, continually testing and refining marketing funnels to maximize efficiency.
  • Data Visibility and Tools Management: Implement and maintain necessary tools for traffic attribution, ensuring comprehensive visibility for end-to-end analytics.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and optimize campaign performance daily to secure the highest possible ROI.
  • Innovative Testing: Rapidly explore and assess new channels and funnels to maintain competitive advantage and optimal performance.

Successful Completion will require:

  • Experience: 3-5 years in Performance Marketing or a similar role, with proven success.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in web analytics tools, Google Adwords, and other essential marketing platforms.
  • Analytical Abilities: Strong capability in data analysis and formulating evidence-based strategies.
  • Fluency in English

Nice to Have:

  • Agency Interaction: Prior experience working with marketing agencies.
  • Crisis Management: Skilled in managing crises and establishing processes from scratch.
  • Marketing Expertise: Extensive knowledge of product marketing, product design, SMM, and SEO.
