Due to the increase in the volume of work we are looking fo an Mid-Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) in Zagreb to join our existing team.
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Economy or similar
Experience with supports various IT related projects within their organization
Leading project scheduling, coordination, delivery and reporting
Monitoring each project to ensure that projects remain on track, meet deadlines, stay under budget, and develop according to plan
Responsible not only for identifying project objectives, but ensuring that they're met
Resourceful in excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Collaborative as you excel in a multi-functional organization through clear communication, consistent delivery and relationship building
Curious in the desire and aptitude to independently learn
Self-directed in the ability to drive a project from a simple idea to production
User-focused in the user experience and the privacy of data come first
Good communication skills in English (written and verbal) and Croatian are mandatory
