You will be working directly with the two co-founders: Hanh Pham, an M.I.T.-trained data science leader at Pinterest, and Jenny Hanh Nguyen, a serial entrepreneur with multiple successful startups in the beauty space.


1. JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly motivated, analytical and detail-oriented Marketing Analyst to join our team. This candidate will be responsible for managing our marketing campaigns, including but not limited to search engine marketing (SEM) on platforms such as Google and YouTube. This candidate will also receive hands-on training and mentorship directly from the founders, and work in a fast-paced, innovative environment with lots of opportunities for growth.

  • Location: 100% Remote, within Vietnam. 
  • Employment type: Full-time  -  No Moonlighting allowed / No part-time
  • Job Industry: Skincare - Main Markets: U.S. & Canada. 
  • Standard package: 10 - 14 million VND/month (Base salary + Monthly bonus)
  • Working hours: 8.0 hours per day (flexible hours) with 1 weekly day off
  • Probation: 02 months (100% salary)
  • 5 annual sick leaves, and 12 annual paid leaves. Paid national holidays according to Vietnam’s official schedule


2. JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and optimize SEM campaigns across platforms like Google and YouTube. This could expand to other marketing platforms later.
  • Optimize ads content, including text, images, and videos, to enhance performance and engagement.
  • Develop and refine landing pages to improve the conversion funnel and maximize ROI.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective strategies and tactics.
  • Utilize analytical tools and software for data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and the competitive landscape.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Make daily and weekly reports outlining your allocated working hours and progress toward monthly goals.


REQUIREMENTS

MUST HAVE:

  • English Proficiency: Candidates must possess a minimum IELTS score of 7.0 (or equivalent proficiency), with a Writing skill score not lower than 7.0, to ensure effective communication and optimized copywriting.
  • Educational Background: Recent graduates with an outstanding academic record (high GPA) from a relevant field of study are encouraged to apply
  • Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and a steadfast commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Very detail-oriented and careful with every assignment, ensuring high standards of accuracy and quality in all tasks.
  • Ability to manage digital projects independently, oversee multiple marketing projects at once, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive Attitude: A proactive can-do attitude, thrives on minimal supervision and exhibits a high degree of responsibility and initiative.
  • Resilience and a strong work ethic suited to the demands of remote work
  • Driven to complete tasks and achieve goals efficiently, leveraging flexible hours to work smartly without adhering to a traditional 9-to-5 schedule.

PREFER TO HAVE (NOT REQUIRED):

  • Experience with SEM platforms like Google Ads and/or YouTube.
  • Customer-Driven Mindset: Strong understanding of customer preferences, ability to empathize with their pain points, and effectively align products and services to satisfy their expectations.
  • Innovation and Creativity: Be a source of new ideas, driven by a knowledge of our digital product strategy and developments in the sports industry.
