Senior Manual QA Tester in POLAND

Role Overview:

As a Manual QA Tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of enterprise-level financial applications. Your work will involve analyzing requirements, developing test cases, and collaborating with global subject matter experts to deliver robust testing solutions.

• Work fully remote from Poland!
• Salary (B2B only): 17 915 – 21 498 PLN net+VAT
• START: ASAP

Basic Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in manual testing.
• Proficiency in test case development and execution.
• Experience in front-end and back-end testing of enterprise software products.
• Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• General understanding of application architecture and life cycles (requirement, code, test).
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Effective written and spoken English communication.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of the capital markets industry, especially investment management processes.
• Experience testing configurable, multi-component platforms.
• Interest in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools like UIPath.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and specification documents to create and document test cases.
• Validate end-to-end workflows across multiple application components.
• Execute manual test cases, including regression testing and exploratory/ad hoc testing
• Proactively report testing progress, status, and results.
• Collaborate with a globally distributed team of experts.
