Job Description

Reporting to the General Manager of GCC & Saudi and HR Director of the Business Unit, you will work as an operational field generalist for the benefit of the employees in a multi-sites environment.

Your operational mission consists of intervening in the following areas

  • Recruitment: using the group's tools (ATS, job boards), you will be in charge of building the recruitment strategy with the subsidiary's Director. You will manage all the processes and ensure that the ambitious recruitment objectives are met, both in terms of quantity and quality. You’re responsible of contracts
  • On-boarding: you will ensure the integration of all employees by accompanying them during their first few weeks in our teams (discovery of the company, IT and site equipment). You liaise with our partner HR consultancy to ensure that all legal requirements are met and that personnel files are complete.
  • Advice to operational staff: The managers are your internal clients. You will identify their problems and assist them on all issues, particularly relating to management and human resources.
  • Human Resources Development: You manage and support training and forward-looking management of jobs and skills, as appropriate, and ensure that HR processes are properly applied in the field. You may be proactive about Compensation & Benefits.
  • Social monitoring: you will ensure compliance with the law in your area.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 yrs minimum experience in Human Resources
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Capable of working with staff at all levels with the ability to build effective partnerships
  • Strong organizational skills; creative problem solver; detail oriented; accurate proofreader
  • Highly collaborative with an emphasis on being a team player
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including telephone skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced environment and to juggle multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Due to the Saudi Law, you must have the Saudian nationality (other nationality is not allowed).
