tBS just won two exciting new clients and is gearing up to film a US-based international film. To meet the demands of our expanding creative playground, we’re extending our team. We’re looking for internationally curious, driven individuals to join the small but mighty tBS crew and create boundary-pushing content for clients worldwide.

We’re on the hunt for an Art Director / Video or Graphic Designer with a passion for creating stunning visuals and guiding a team to creative greatness. You’ll shape the artistic direction of in-house projects and international campaigns, working hands-on with the rest of the team to bring concepts to life.

What we’re looking for 👀

• A creative visionary with deep and comprehensive knowledge of the Adobe suite including premiere and after effect 💻
• Leadership skills to inspire and guide the art team while maintaining a high standard of quality 👩‍🎨
• AI-savvy and up to speed on the latest tools to sharpen your craft and empower your team 🤖
• A portfolio showcasing your ability to lead and execute diverse creative projects 🌟
• A drive to innovate and set trends rather than follow them 🚀
• Willingness and flexibility to travel locally and internationally for projects and productions ✈️
• Ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience 🦾
