What You'll Do:
Agile Facilitation:
- Assist in managing Scrum ceremonies, such as stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support the team in maintaining focus and delivering high-quality software solutions.
Backlog Management:
- Help refine, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Ensure that user stories are well-defined and ready for development.
Roadmaps & Timelines:
- Collaborate with senior team members to define and communicate product roadmaps and timelines.
- Track progress and address blockers to ensure timely delivery.
Learning & Collaboration:
- Work closely with an experienced mentor to learn the intricacies of managing software products at Vertikal.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA engineers, to deliver exceptional products.
Tool Usage:
- Utilize tools like Jira, Miro, and other similar tools to track tasks, document requirements, and create reports.
- Stay organized and ensure clear communication across all project stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a product owner, scrum master, or related role.
Skills:
- Familiarity with agile concepts like backlogs, roadmaps, and sprint cycles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of tools like Jira, Word, and Excel.
Language: Native or near-native English proficiency is required.
Mindset: A proactive, eager-to-learn individual who thrives in a collaborative environment.
