Technical Support Specialist in LATVIA

ProjectOn is an international company specializing in the e-commerce and payments industry, working together with all stakeholders, including banks, financial institutes, and international payment organizations. We offer a solution that allows businesses to implement modern payment tools that ensure effortless data collection, storage, and completion of transactions with just a few clicks. We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team.


Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via chat for issues related to the transactions.
  • Escalating problematic cases to first-level technical support.
  • Monitoring of transactions for technical issues.

Working Conditions:

  • Fully remote employment. Shift-based work schedule, 4-5 shifts per week.
  • Shift schedule: GMT+2, weekdays from 17:00 to 2:00, weekend shifts from 8:00 to 17:00 and 17:00 to 2:00.


Qualifications

  • Ability to correspond effectively with both clients and the team.
  • Ability to communicate in English.
  • Basic understanding of transaction processing is preferred.
  • Experience working with processing site interfaces is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel.
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to follow instructions and documentation.
  • Ability to work in a team.
