Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our team at RBI as a HR Specialist. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English (100% proficiency required) and have experience in handling general HR tasks. This role involves employee onboarding, benefits management, employee offboarding, employee services, payroll assistance, and working with ADP Total Source. The ability to communicate effectively in English, manage multiple tasks, and work independently is crucial for this position.


Key Responsibilities:

•Employee Setup: Manage the complete onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all paperwork is completed, systems are updated, and orientation is provided.

•Benefits Management: Oversee and administer employee benefits programs, answer inquiries, and ensure updates are made promptly.

•Employee Access Management: Ensure the timely removal of system and company tool access for employees who are leaving the company.

•Employee Services: Provide continuous support to employees regarding HR policies, processes, and general inquiries.

•Payroll Assistance: Assist with payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in employee compensation, deductions, and addressing payroll-related queries.

•ADP Total Source: Utilize the ADP Total Source platform to manage and support HR-related functions, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.


Requirements:

•Proven experience in HR administration, with a focus on general HR tasks.

•100% fluency in English (both written and spoken) is a must.

•Proficiency in HR systems, especially ADP Total Source, is highly preferred.

•Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

•Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.

•Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving capabilities.

•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Preferred Qualifications:

•Experience with payroll processing and benefits administration.

•HR certifications are a plus.

•Experience in a fast-paced work environment.

•Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to manage complex spreadsheets, create reports, and analyze data effectively.
