Position Overview

Our client is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead key HR functions and support the organization’s strategic goals. This fully remote role requires an experienced professional who excels in employee engagement, talent management, and HR operations. The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s culture and ensuring the workforce aligns with business objectives. Monthly travel to the company’s headquarters is required for collaboration and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Partner with department leaders to identify talent needs and implement recruitment strategies.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Manage and improve HR processes, including onboarding, benefits administration, and HRIS systems.
  • Support leadership in developing training and development programs that enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international labor laws and company policies.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Lead initiatives related to diversity, equity, and inclusion to promote a thriving, inclusive culture.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership, providing guidance on HR-related matters.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and implement strategies to improve employee satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR management or a senior HR role.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage employee relations and drive engagement initiatives.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Demonstrated success in fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace.
  • Ability to travel monthly to the company’s headquarters for strategic meetings and collaboration.
