For one of my customer we are looking for a Agile coach.

Location: Europe(100% remote)
Description:
The knowledge of agile collaboration and agile working methods varies across those involved.
An individual organizational model (agile collaboration model) suitable for the automated driving environment is currently being designed and implemented based on previous experience (including highway pilot development and methodological reference to SAFe).
The organizational model has certain elements (e.g. roles, rituals) that are provided for in the common agile frameworks.
When designing and further developing the collaboration, it is critical to success that the connectivity to the company and relevant interfaces such as vehicle project management are ensured.
The organizational model describes a setup of:
- different team stereotypes, depending on their development assignment
- their tasks, products and assigned artifacts
- events and rituals and
- agile roles, based on well-known agile frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe
- specialist roles from development specifications such as systems engineering, functional
safety, automated driving, internal processes
- levels of collaboration (program and team level)
- supporting and controlling processes such as risk management, problem management, goal definition process.
Skills:
- Language: English, German is a plus
- SAFe, Agile Coaching, Agile working models
- knowledge of ADAS/AD environment is a plus
- knowledge of transformation porgrams within the automotive
- R&D knowledge
- Atlassian Toolchain especially Jira and confluence is a must
