What you bring to the role:
- 5-10 years of professional web development experience in Ruby.
- Prior experience as an Senior, Staff, Principle, Engineering Lead/Manager managing teams of 2-5 or more engineers.
- At least 1 year of DevOps experience with tools like Terraform, Kubernetes, AWS, Docker, and Redis would be an advantage.
- Proven experience in hiring and onboarding developers.
- Active involvement in coding and problem-solving.
- A "can-do" attitude and product mindset, with confidence in English communication.
- Willingness to relocate to Bangkok, Thailand.
