WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Cloud Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS, utilizing services like EC2, Lambda, S3, and CloudFormation to support Java-based applications and serverless architectures.

• CI/CD Pipeline Development: Build and optimize continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for Java applications, ensuring fast, reliable, and automated deployment cycles using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline.

• Serverless Architecture Implementation: Develop and manage serverless solutions using AWS services (e.g., AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB) to improve application scalability, cost-efficiency, and performance for cloud-native applications.

• Data Optimization and Performance Tuning: Apply data optimization techniques, such as indexing, partitioning, and query optimization, to enhance the performance of cloud-hosted applications and improve response times for large datasets.

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE…..

• Familiarity with CloudFormation, AWS CDK, or Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Knowledge of AWS Elasticsearch Service (Amazon OpenSearch Service)
• Knowledge of Java and hosting applications written in the language on the AWS cloud
• Understanding of Data Optimisation and the tools associated
• Proficient in owning the procurement and management of hardware through Intune, ensuring availability, proper configuration, and maintenance of resources for optimal performance of the Elastic Stack and related AWS infrastructure.
