Position: Founding AI Engineer

Location: Aldgate Tower, London (on-site 5 days/week)

Salary: £80,000–£130,000 GBP (depending on experience)

Mission:

Develop AI-driven solutions for patent generation, invention harvesting, and IP portfolio management, transforming the way IP professionals work.

Product & Market:

• Targeting law firms, in-house teams, and enterprises (e.g., Siemens, Ericsson).
• 50-90% efficiency gains in patent drafting.
• Growing rapidly with $2M ARR and plans for Series A funding.

Responsibilities:

• Build and scale AI algorithms for patent-related processes.
• Full-stack development (Python, Postgres, TypeScript/React).
• Contribute to product development, focusing on LLMs and prompt engineering.

Required Skills:

• Experience in AI product development and solving complex problems.
• Full-stack expertise, especially with Python and LLMs.
• Experience in B2B software and AI integration.
• Passionate about AI adoption and impactful technology.

Bonus Points:

• Publications in top AI/ML conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML).
• Experience with LLM evaluation frameworks like OpenAI evals.
