Uneek has partnered with a rapidly growing SportsTech company that is revolutionising the way sports clubs engage with their fans. They’re seeking a Senior Backend Developer to join their remote team, working on containerised microservice architectures to support high-profile clients in the UK and beyond. You’ll primarily develop in Golang, with some legacy services in Java (Spring Boot), collaborating closely with a supportive tech team to deliver scalable solutions for millions of users.

Key Tech Stack

• Golang, Java (for legacy systems)
• Microservices with Kubernetes and Docker

About You

• Strong skills in Golang, SQL, and databases (relational and NoSQL).
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes and familiarity with AWS.
• Self-driven and collaborative, with the ability to lead projects and engage with stakeholders.
• Bonus: Passion for sports or experience mentoring junior developers.
