Content and PR Manager in THAILAND

This role is to be based full-time from our Head Office in Bangkok, Thailand or Remote; the Company will provide relocation support but only those willing to consider relocation should apply.

We are on the lookout for a Content and PR Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive content and PR strategy that aligns with our overall business goals. They will oversee the creation of high-quality content across various channels, manage media relations, and cultivate strategic partnerships to enhance our brand reputation and drive audience engagement. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of content strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. 
• Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and schedule the editorial calendar, ensuring timely publication of high-quality content. 
• Coordinate UX/UI copy for website, app and web platform.
• Coordinate the creation and editing of written, video, and graphic content across various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and newsletters. 
• Monitor analytics to gauge content performance and suggest improvements or changes based on data insights. 
• Collaborate with other departments (such as product, sales, and customer service) to ensure brand consistency and to integrate content activities within broader marketing campaigns. 
• Manage content inventories and maintain content databases for easy access and retrieval. 
• Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience across all channels. 
• Assist with the management of external contributors and freelance content creators. 

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a communications or PR management role, preferably with a solid background in traditional finance, blended with fintech, blockchain, cryptocurrency or the web3 sectors.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive a team within a start-up / early-stage business.
• Excellent media relations skills and a proven track record in developing effective, measurable communication strategies.
• Proficiency in content performance analytics and KPI management.
• Professional fluency in English language verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proactive and self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
