Bybit is in search of a dynamic and versatile Product Marketing Manager with an acute understanding of trending products to join our ever-evolving crypto landscape!

What You Do:

Drive Go-to-Market Strategy:

• Develop comprehensive GTM strategies, focusing on strategic partnership campaigns and trend-based marketing for viral and trending crypto products, as well as Bybit cutting-edge AI tools.

Market Trend Analysis:

• Stay at the forefront of market trends in both the cryptocurrency and AI-related industries and evaluate critical market insights, pinpointing growth prospects, and implement timely and strategic suggestions to leverage emerging trends in pertinent domains.

Execution and Tracking:

• Execute and track program deliverables, milestones, action items, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans for both trending tokens and AI products.

Performance Analysis:

• Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and provide data-backed insights based on an understanding of current crypto news to optimize future initiatives.

Who You Are:

• 3-6 years of experience in marketing or operations, with a significant emphasis on financial technology (fintech) or the cryptocurrency sector
• Strong data analysis and user behaviour insight skills to execute trend-based marketing strategies, decision-making, and strategic partnerships.
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to influence strategy and articulate complex products to a diverse audience.
